Plants

Unfortunately due to the nature of plants, they are at the mercy of their caretakers. While we take great pride in our ability to take care of and nurture our plants to ensure they're of the utmost health when they are sold, we cannot provide the same guarantee of care once they've left our greenhouse.

Once you have purchased a plant, you have assumed the responsibility to keep the plant alive and well. We are more than happy to assist you in diagnosing what problems might be occurring with your plants, but we cannot offer any returns or refunds.

All plants are final sale.

All clearance and sale items are final sale.

 

Non-Perishables

This category includes pots, soil, tools, or any other gardening essentials that don't need care once they have left our greenhouse. For these types of items, we are able to offer a refund for the first 30 days after your purchase, and items must be returned in original condition with a receipt affixed.

Given that all the sales through this e-commerce site will be on a credit or debit card, we will simply return the payment through the same provider that you used for the original payment. If you would rather, we are also able to offer store credit.
